The Site describes our services and shares general oral health information. It is not a substitute for an examination and advice from a licensed dentist. Reading the Site or sending us a message does not create a dentist-patient relationship. That relationship begins when you are seen in our office.

If you have a dental emergency, call our office at 480-857-0745. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Submitting a form on the Site is a request, not a booked appointment. A team member will contact you to confirm a date and time. Please give accurate contact information so we can reach you.

When you give us your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Gateway Family Dentistry with appointment reminders and scheduling, follow-up care, billing updates, and marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@gatewayfamilydentistry.com or 480-857-0745. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or requests on behalf of someone without their permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or overload the Site.
• Interfere with the Site’s security or attempt to access systems that are not public.
• Use the Site for anything unlawful.

The text, photos, videos, logo, and design on the Site belong to Gateway Family Dentistry or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

Patient photos and video testimonials appear with the patient’s consent. Google reviews are published by their authors under Google’s terms. Results shown are individual and are not a guarantee of your outcome.

The Site embeds maps, videos, and reviews from other companies and links to social networks and review sites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gateway Family Dentistry is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits our obligations to you as a patient under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
