Dr. Timothy Gailey opened Gateway Family Dentistry in 2004 with a simple promise: treat every patient like family and deliver care that’s both excellent and genuinely comforting. Growing up in Tucson, service shaped him early—community projects, church service, and an Eagle Scout’s focus on preparation taught him that small acts done well make a big difference. Dentistry became his way to serve every day.

Over the years, that promise turned into a practice where anxious patients feel safe, families feel welcome, and complex care gets handled under one roof. From cleanings to implants and sedation, we built our approach around listening first, explaining clearly, and never rushing decisions. It’s why we sponsor local events, donate custom mouthguards to schools, and keep same‑day appointments open—because life happens, and smiles shouldn’t wait.
